Webster United Methodist is seeking a responsible, energetic individual to serve as our part time Director of Youth Ministries.  This position is for someone who has passionate faith in Jesus Christ, and will enhance the youth ministry program, where youth will grow in faith, in understanding of the United Methodist tradition, and in their desire to serve and love others while developing friendships with other youth. Our Director of Youth Ministries must have good organizational and time-management skills, be able to work with a diverse group of youth, and coordinate and nurture leadership skills in adult volunteers working with the youth. Webster United Methodist, a theologically progressive church located in Webster Groves, is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as part-time Assistant Pastor.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is considering the ordained ministry to learn and grow within an established Webster Groves faith community.  The mission of the Assistant Pastor is to support the work of the Lead Pastor in leading the congregation, the community, and the world to a transforming relationship with Christ.  The Assistant Pastor will work an average of ten hours per week, and have opportunities to participate in all aspects of the church’s worship, mission, and community outreach.
